SIGGRAPH '09

Road Trip!!!!

I'm topping off the Freon and packing a stack of CDs, making the drive down to New Orleans for SIGGRAPH '09. Leaving the Ottawa/Toronto area on Sunday August 2nd, my focus will be the job fair Tues.-Thurs., see some sights and be back by Saturday the 9th.

I have a 3-bed room, with ensuite, booked for 4 nights at the Marquette House in the Garden District. At US$75 a night, that's super value.

I've got room for 2...contact me if you're interestd.

Have you ever seen stuff by Sparth or Feng Zhu? If not I should loan you a book I recently picked up.. It's a looser style than trad. ID but wow, fun designs, lovely impressionistic style, all digital styles...
